Spring is a time when Nature is re-awakeneing after its Winter Slumber. Our bodies, are coming out of the winter way of being, and awakening to a new year.

The Spring equinox is traditionaly the 'New Year' as this is a time where new growth is happening and nature is springing back to life.

Sacred Health's Spring Blend is created in alignment with this shift in nature. Created to assist our internal shifts to spring, both physically and energetically.
