Directions
Take one to two teaspoons per cup of water, not exceeding 77 Degrees celcius. Allow to stoop for 5 minuites, strain, give gratitude and enjoy.
(if you don't have a temperature control option, then boil the kettle and leave to cool for aproximately 12 minuites)
